Rosendo Rogelio Robinson III

Rosendo Rogelio Robinson III son, father, nephew, and friend passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2023. Rosendo was born March 23, 1984, in Los Angeles California at Martin Luther King Hospital to Carmen L Cooper and Rosendo R Robinson Jr. Rosendo grew up around church, he loved to sing at church. He was a very happy baby. Rosendo has always been helpful and generous, always going out of his way to help people. As he grew up, he loved playing basketball, football, and baseball. He sometimes was a bad boy, but he was more good than bad. He grew up and started to make a name for himself. He learned to be a barber. Learning to cut hair helped him support himself and his loved ones for many years. He loved cutting hair and often helped friends and family by cutting their hair at no charge. He learned how to help to coach kids in various sports. It gave him great joy to inspire kids to do their best and be their best in sports. He loved playing football you would often see a smile on his face that on the field no one could touch. He loved all of his children so much and often would talk about regretting not being able to see them. Rosendo, like most people, made mistakes in his life. He served time for them and after he got out, he was determined to be a better person. However, the stigma of his background haunted him through the rest of his life, and he often faced prejudice for it. His tireless efforts to be accepted as a loving and giving man were never enough for him to overcome his past. After a long struggle, he couldn’t take it anymore. He finally took a step back, took his breath back, took his heart back, and left without saying goodbye he will never be forgotten. He leaves a legacy to the next generation, and for that, we have to remember him how he was, how he acted, what he gave, and what he loved, knowing one of those legacies will be just like him. Rosendo is survived by his mother Carmen L Cooper, father Rosendo R Robinson Jr, grandmother Carmen Leslie, sister Johanna T Mcdowell, and brother Jovanie O Robinson. His children Mya” Robinson” Gonzales, Karm Robinson, Major Robinson, Luci Robinson, Zion Robinson, and a granddaughter due March 2024 Leilani Charlie Gonzales. His fiance Mary Lambert and an unborn daughter Malia. His uncle Ricky Gerald Gary and aunties and many cousins and friends. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 14, 2023, at 5803 N Levee Rd E Fife WA 98424. Arrangements are in the care of Heritage Memorial Chapel East Wenatchee and Cashmere.
