Inge Breiler

Inge Breiler January 28, 1933 - August 26, 2018 East Wenatchee, WA Inge Breiler, 85, longtime Badger Mountain resident, passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018. She was born on January 28, 1933, at Mainz, Germany, to the late Emil and Anna (Landek) Gelsebach. She was raised and received her schooling in Germany. She married a serviceman, Lynn Madson, in Frankfort, Germany, and in 1952 they moved to the United States, settling on Badger Mountain. Together they helped operate the Madson family wheat ranch. Lynn preceded her in death in 1952 and she remained on the mountain. In 1954, she married Earl Breiler in Wenatchee, WA, and they made their new home on the Breiler Ranch on Badger Mountain. Inge became a ranch wife and not only raised her four sons, but also helped out on the farm. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl, on March 16, 2005. She remained on the ranch until April of 2018. Inge enjoyed traveling by car, going lake fishing, and was on a women's bowling league. She is survived by her sons: Walter (Marla) Madson, of Douglas, WA, Vernon (Lorianna) Breiler, of Badger Moutain, WA, Ronald (Linda Marie) Breiler, of Badger Mountain, WA, and Gary Breiler, of Okanogan, WA; brother, Manfred Gelsebach, of Greedle, Germany; grandchildren: Karmen (Andres) Campos, of New Braunfels, TX, Jason (Jessica) Madson, of Waterville, WA, and Crystal Madson and Matt Peterson, of East Wenatchee, WA; great-grandchildren: Nico Evans, of Shelton, WA, Dayn Madson, of Waterville, WA, and Erin Peterson, of East Wenatchee, WA; and one great-great-granddaughter, Maylin Gleffe-Evans. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Lynn Madson, and second husband, Earl Breiler; brothers: Heinz and Carl Emial Gelsebach, and sister, Hannalore. A Graveside Burial will be officiated by Pastor Gordon Goodwin and will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, September 7, 2018, at the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery, 1301 10th St. NE, East Wenatchee, WA.
